Terms and Conditions

With regard to an image of the finished product containing your photo only, you hereby grant to Pet Night Lights a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, nonexclusive, right and license, with sublicense rights, to use any photographs, graphics, or other content you upload or transmit to our system in association with products designed or purchased by you (the “Content”), in all media existing now or created in the future. You represent and warrant that the Content: (i) will not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity or other legal right of any third party, and (ii) will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree to indemnify Pet Night Lights for any damages incurred, including attorneys' fees, for violations of the foregoing representation and warranty.
